September already. 90 days until the project for this year. We held an in-person board meeting last week. There were only a few of us there but it was nice to actually meet face to face instead of online as we have been doing.
We have or will have enough knitted items. Scarves, headbands, hats, mittens, afghan blankets, baby blankets, quilts, disc cloths, dish towels.
Nancy and I have completed another afghan blanket. I knit the squares, she does all the crochet work.
We'll still need to purchase gift bags, thermal socks, toiletries, candy canes, xmas cards, childrens coloring books, etc. We're not sure where that money is coming from, but we've got 90 days, almost.
